(Nashua, NH, July 14, 2009) Come join the Defenders for their upcoming 8 game homestand, July 15 – July 22^nd.  Beginning July 15 – 18^th, the Defenders take on the Brockton Rox. Chick-fil-A will be on hand for “Cow Appreciation Day” on July 17 and fans can stick around after the game on the 17th for a fireworks extravaganza by Atlas Fireworks.

On Saturday, July 18th, the first 500 fans, will receive stadium cups as the Defenders wrap up the four game series against the Rox.  Local classic rock band cover band, the Slakas, will play a set on the Defenders deck located on the first baseline. Fans can enjoy the music when gates open at 5:45pm.

Sunday, July 19 – Wednesday, July 22nd, the Defenders host the New Jersey Jackals in a four game series.  On Wednesday, July 22nd, the Defenders will wrap up the four-game series with “Camp Day” beginning at 11:35am.  Gates open at 10:45am.&n bsp;

The American Defenders Professional Baseball Club provides a fun, affordable, community-based and fan-friendly source of sports entertainment.  The Defenders is participating in its first year of play in the Canadian American Association of Professional Baseball.  Tune into all of the Defenders game this season via internet radio broadcast on IBN Sports.
